Since joining Townsend Communications in November 2013 as a web developer, one of my key duties has been designing lead generation emails for MyMajors clients. In 2016, recognizing a need for improved responsiveness and more modern design, I redesigned the “You’ve Been Matched” email using a Litmus template as the basis. In 2018, further improvements were made to improve functionality on mobile devices.
