After redesigning the KC Studio website in 2015, I redesigned the email newsletter based on a Litmus HTML template. In addition to changing the look of the email, I improved processes and scheduling, moving from monthly and intermittent updates to weekly. Once a month, users receive updates from the latest issue, with weekly news from sponsors and occasional seasonal promotions. Recently, we have switched to a MailChimp template that does not require coding and speeds up our process.
